The Census is
supposed to be an
event that allows
the government of
a nation to
function more
efficiently by
having a basic
idea of the number
of people it has ,
where they are in
general, what
areas are growing
or experiencing
decline. The
latest reason for
census taking is
to be able to
effectuate total
control over the
populace. It
appears that the
CIA is using the
census apparatus
in both the United
States and Canada
as a means of
creating a GPS
enabled database
that will allow
instantaneous
awareness of where
anyone lives and
likewise who lives
at any given
address. The
purpose is to make
it easier to round
up troublemakers,
dissidents or
whomever when the
time for the de
facto Coup d' etat
occurs.
The Evidence:
1. Harris
Corporation has
been given a major
contract by the
Department of
Commerce to
effectuate the
2010 USA Census.

current list of
all addresses and
locations where
people live or
work, covering an
estimated 115
million
residences, as
well as 60 million
businesses and
other structures
in the
U.S.

Bureau that
authorized the
contract is a
sub-branch of the

so-called North
