Bali Beware, Transport Contract Hit, Carbon Credit Fraud
(posted December 3rd, 2007)

Belief Bali conference will camouflage surveillance agents targeting 'climate deniers' on global transport networks and contract-hit teams paid by carbon-credit frauds on land, air or sea passenger carriers.

Dear Prime Minster Harper:

Re: Bali Beware, Transport Contract Hit, Carbon Credit Fraud

Hawks CAFE believes next week's Bali conference will try to camouflage the use of surveillance agents to target 'climate deniers' traveling on and/or owning global transportation networks and contract-hit teams paid by carbon-credit frauds on extorted land, air or sea passenger carriers.

Our research indicates that CIDA ('Canadian International Development Agency') tracks climate deniers through global transport networks while the contract hit teams are coordinated by the Transportation Safety Board (French: Bureau de la sécurité des transports du Canada) which is also responsible for spinning and spoliating evidence of a contract killing.

"Kenya Airways Flight 507 was a Boeing 737 flight of Kenya Airways flying from Douala International Airport in Douala, Cameroon, to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya, which crashed on 5 May 2007. ..  The flight data recorder was recovered, and Kenya .. requested the "black box" be analyzed in Canada, not the US or Europe. The reason stated was ongoing "conflict" between Boeing vs. Airbus in the global airliner marketplace. Kenya stressed Canada's bilingual nature would ease communications between it, French-speaking Cameroon, and English-speaking Kenya. The analysis did take place in Canada .. completed on May 30 .. results of the analysis were not immediately disclosed because only Cameroon may release such data per the Convention on International Civil Aviation."

The Kyoto godfathers Maurice Strong and Al Gore, appear to launder carbon-credit for contract hits through the Chicago Climate Exchange, Generation Investments, CIDA and the Canadian Transportation Safety Board - the latter two agencies being headquartered in Gatineau, Quebec.

We have alleged in the lawsuit referenced below that Strong and Gore have a principal relationship to global murder-for-hire networks that use carbon credit to extort traveling victims and their carriers and reward the assassins.

Bali Beware!

Yours sincerely,

Field McConnell

"The Transportation Safety Board (French: Bureau de la sécurité des transports du Canada), officially Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board (French: Bureau canadien d'enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports) .. The agency investigates accidents and makes safety recommendations in several modes of transport, including aviation, rail, marine, and pipelines. The headquarters are located in Gatineau, Quebec ..  This new mechanism's first major test came with the crash of Swissair 111, on September 2, 1998, the largest single aviation accident on Canadian territory since the Arrow Air disaster. The TSB delivered its report on the accident on March 27, 2003, some 4 1/2 years after the accident and at a cost of $57 million CAD, making it the most complex and costly accident investigation in Canadian history .. identifying safety deficiencies, as evidenced by transportation occurrences; making recommendations designed to eliminate or reduce any such safety deficiencies; and  reporting publicly on our investigations and on the findings in relation thereto The TSB may assist other transportation safety boards in their investigations. This may happen when: an incident or accident occurs involving a Canadian-registered aircraft in commercial or air transport use; an incident or accident occurs involving a Canadian-built aircraft (or an aircraft with Canadian-built engines, propellers, or other vital components) in commercial or air transport use; a country without the technical wherewithal to conduct a full investigation asks for the TSB's assistance (especially in the field of reading and analyzing the content of flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders). .. The TSB reports to the Parliament of Canada through the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada."
