Hawks CAFE believes that Canadian privy councilor Maurice Strong and US Vice President Al Gore conspired to disband the Canadian Airborne Regiment in 1995, hire former Airborne members and equip witting or unwitting francophone sabotage teams with molten-metal 'Unabombs' to extort control of carbon credit trading under the Kyoto Protocol.

Our research indicates that the planes and buildings destroyed during 'Global Guardian' war games on 9/11 were rigged with molten metal bombs developed by Strong and Gore and fuzes developed by Unabomber Ted Kascinski and later refined by the U.S. Army's Picatinny Arsenal Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, NJ.  

In this scenario, Gore and Strong sponsored 9/11 war games and 
infiltrated the francophone camcorder crews and former-Airborne special operations teams into New York and Washington to stage, produce and record 'shock and awe' snuff films which are now in the racketeering custody of Power Corp. of Quebec and Al Gore's Current TV company.

Following the contrived panic of 9/11, Gore and Strong captured control of the UN's International Civil Aviation Organization (`ICAO') in Montreal and are using it to force airlines into buying private-equity carbon credit from Generation Investments and the Chicago Climate Exchange.

We are developing time-sequenced images to explain to the Canadian Airborne Forces Association (CAFA) / Association des Forces Aéroportées du Canada (AFAC), how Strong and Gore's may have corrupted some of their former colleagues into 'spotting' targets with laser designators on 9/11, 'shooting' pre-positioned camcorder footage as proof of death and 'snuffing' victims with molten-metal Unabomb.
 
Available on e-mail request to any of the signatories below, these 
images will be incorporated in an explanatory DVD planned for release by October 15.
 
We expect the DVD will help the United States and the next U.S. Attorney General (Mr. Olsen or Mr. Mukasey?) to convert the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians" into a Qui tam action against Al Gore, Maurice Strong and their named co-defendants for alleged violations of the False Claims Act in the use of pre-fuzed molten metal 'Unabombs' during the Global Guardian war game on 9/11.

"Somalia 1992 Since the Airborne was designed to deploy rapidly into "hot" situations, its 1, 2, and 3 Commando units, with attached support -- a total of 900 soldiers -- were sent to Somalia late in 1992. The operation was called Operation Deliverance and formed part of the overall U.S. led Operation Restore Hope. The unit had recently been reduced to battalion size and was still in the throes of reorganization as well as the severe cut backs by the Liberal government at the time. Its positive accomplishments in Somalia have been overshadowed by the horrific torture and murder of Somali teenager Shidane Arone, which became known as the Somalia Affair. The unit was subsequently disbanded. The Somalia Affair was a Canadian military scandal in the mid-1990s. It began with the brutal 1993 beating death of a Somali teenager, Shidane Arone, at the hands of two Canadian soldiers participating in the United Nations humanitarian efforts in Somalia. The crime, documented by grisly photos, shocked the Canadian public and brought to light internal problems in the Canadian Airborne Regiment that went beyond the two soldiers directly involved. Also of interest are the theories that the experimental Malaria drugs that they were taking could have caused some of the behavior. Questions were asked about why 2 Commando was chosen for that mission despite disciplinary problems at the time. Perhaps most damaging to the leadership of the Canadian military was how it reacted after the events became public, as accusations of covering up the event surfaced. Eventually a public inquiry was called. Despite being controversially cut short by the (Liberal) [Librano] government at the time led by Prime Minister The Right Honourable Jean Chrétien and Minister of National Defence Hon. David Michael Collenette, the Somalia Inquiry found deep problems in the leadership of the Canadian Forces. The affair led to the disbanding of Canada's elite Canadian Airborne Regiment, greatly damaged the morale of the Canadian Forces, and damaged both the domestic and international reputation of Canadian soldiers."
