Our research indicates that the
bogus TOPOFF 9/11 exercise was
controlled through the services of
a Virtual News Network (VNN),
apparently procured by the
privy councilors from Radio
Canada and Vivendi Universal and
hosted wittingly or unwittingly by
the new Canadian Governor General,
Michaëlle Jean.
