executed during 9/11 Global Guardian war
games sponsored by Paul Desmarais Sr. of
Power Corporation of Quebec and
his various private equity groups.
We have
developed time-sequenced graphical
proofs that 9/11 strategic targets were
spotted ('designated') with laser beams
operated by Laborers' SWAT teams to help
camcorder crews position viewfinders and
shoot footage of targeted
victims being 'snuffed' on - or shortly
after - the impact of illegally-modifed
explosive-laden droned Boeing aircraft.

graphical proofs are available on
e-mail request to any of the signatories
below.

CAFE will produce a DVD to include its
graphical proofs within 30 days in
support of a formal request to the
United States for the conversion of the
lawsuit " "Hawks CAFE v. Global
Guardians" into a Qui tam
action against the
Laborers' union ('LIUNA'), Paul
Desmarais and the Boeing Company for
alleged multiple, coordinated violations
of the False Claims Act in respect of
the Global Guardian war game on 9/11.
