form
of
capitalism
without
the
State
existing
or
having

vestigial
existence
solely
to
protect
property
and

rights

force

necessary.
The
very
recent
news
that
the
IRS /
Internal
Revenue
Service
is
going
to
privatize
its
debt
collection
and
delinquent
tax
functions
dovetails
with
this
economic
theory
perfectly.
The
State
is out
of the
picture
and
private
parties
can
demand
payment
using
the
remaining
power
of the
State
to
jail
the
tax
refuser
or
seize
his or
her
property
by
force
if
necessary. As
with
everything
the
regime
touches,
the
slime
trail
of
cronyism
can be
found.
This
leads
to a
growing
amount
of
information
that
the
CIA is
in
effect
taking
over
the
economic
life
of the
United
States
of
America
in
order
to use
it as
a
battering
ram
for
eventual
global
control.

based
