The Canadian Action Party seems to be the only one with a handle on this very serious problem and the courage to do something about it (see article O'Canada  and Sabotage of Canada.)

There are many hidden consequences of the NAU agreement  that are being implemented without the vast majority of Canadians knowing what it is, never mind voting for it.  As it stands right now Harper and the rest of our Government officials have broken the laws of Canada under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canadian Constitution, and the Criminal Code of Canada, by committing fraud against the Canadian people.

Lawrence Martin, a former Washington and Moscow correspondent for The Globe and Mail, has written several previous books on international affairs. He also admits that he voted for free trade in 1988. Since the free trade agreement took effect in 1989, Martin and other Canadians are reconsidering the quality of life in what is beginning to look like America's 51st state. Brian Mulroney, Michael H. Wilson, and other Tories have made their mark since they were first elected in 1984. From trade to taxes, from foreign policy to film policy, by the time this book appeared in 1993, Canada was in line with U.S. policy and the Wall Street sharks swimming behind it.

After three years of free trade, nearly 20 percent of Canada's manufacturing jobs had vanished. Industries died, or they packed up and moved to the U.S., or American head offices no longer maintained Canadian subsidiaries. The U.S. economy is ten times the size of Canada's, and when tariff walls came down, American exports to Canada grew more than Canada's exports to the U.S. (Soon Mexico was brought into the free-trade deal with NAFTA, whereupon U.S. jobs started moving south in search of low wages.) Meanwhile, the Tories began tampering with the social safety net, as Michael Wilson made quiet cuts in medicare and froze federal transfer payments to provinces. After all, someone has to pay when the rich become richer.

Fraudulent Acts Against the citizens of Canada
(1) By mandating The North American Union Agreement without the consent of the Canadian people.
(2) Launched under International Trade in a format of "Free Trade" Agreements, the transformation is almost completed economically, and is in high gear now in the fields of Defence, Justice, Immigration, Health, and Foreign Affairs.  A Bi-national Planning Committee is in high gear integrating Canada and the USA militarily. Various committees are in high gear implementing two nation-breaking agreements, both of which adopted the agenda and direction of the Chief Executive Officers of the elite corporations of North America all driven by a powerful world elite.
(3)The first of the nation-breaking agreements is the Smart Border Declaration of December 2001 under the Liberals signed by John Manley as Deputy Prime Minister and Tom Ridge of the USA Homeland Security Department.  This decision is based on the 9-11 official story which the "real evidence" indicates that the Bush administration orchestrated and murdered Canadians and world citizens in the most Nazi-style take over of the world (see: Bush/Hitler comparison article.)
(4) The establishment of a Trilateral Regulatory Cooperative Framework. The leaders said: We affirm our commitment to strengthen regulatory cooperation in this and other key sectors and to have our central regulatory agencies complete a "trilateral regulatory cooperation framework" by 2007.
(5)  Lay and former Enron Chief Executive Jeffrey Skilling were convicted of fraud and conspiracy for hiding the financial ruin at Enron, which tumbled into bankruptcy in December 2001. The same time the Smart Border Declaration was launched. Lay, once a confidant of former President George H.W. Bush and dubbed "Kenny boy" by President George W. Bush.
(6)The "Social Security Totalization Agreement" to put illegal aliens into our already endangered Social Security system (already negotiated between the U.S. and Mexico).
(7)The creation of a "permanent tribunal for North American dispute resolution" (a court system that does not answer to Canadian Constitutional law).
