Anatomy of a North American Union Psyop
An article on today's San Francisco Chronicle by Carolyn Lochead tells us that , essentially , it is useless to build a fence on the border. "Give and take across the border - 1 in 7 Mexican workers emigrate - most send money home". Sunday, May 21, 2006.

ANALYSIS:
 
A. The purpose of the article is to convince the reader that building a fence on the border is useless. Why try? Mexico needs a safety valve that allows its people to enter in limitless numbers for a limitless time. This is good. It relieves social pressure in Mexico. The question of other solutions to the problem or the fact that the USA is not tasked  with solving Mexico's endemic problems or that the border crossing phenomenon may destroy the USA much like if millions of ,for example, chinese were allowed  in year after year is never discussed.
 
B. What does the article say about the pro-North American Union forces or call them what you will ? They are scared. They are desperate to stop the building of a fence.
 
C. Even the way the story ends with the statement by the Brookings Institute that the border crossers are human beings is crafted in a fashion to tug at the heart strings and end with their premise that allowing people en masse to enter and violate the law without ever addressing for a moment the causative factor is appropriate.
 
D. The economic interests that kill mexicans by the thousands when they cross the devil's desert, to employ them at cut rate wages, suddenly discovers their humanity.
 
How touching......what gallant humanitarians the Council on Foreign Relations and their ilk are, don't you agree?

This psyop is simplistic and very easy to decipher. But, for the average person who just happens to read the paper and see all of these fancy 'respectable' Institutes and Foundations and what not, the danger of mass brainwashing is readily apparent. Thus, the need to - please - spread the word. Lies are spread like this daily in the media.
 
CONCLUSION: The elites are petrified that the USA might actually have the balls to build a wall.
 
TO DO LIST: Let us get busy building one. Never has this writer noted more signs of fear emanating from the globalists. A simple fence can derail their evil plan.
