Raided Illegal Hiring Firm is Owned By Client of DHS Secretary Chertoff's Law Firm
 The news media is replete with stories about Immigration authorities raiding IFCO Systems facilities all over the United States and arresting hundreds of undocumented workers alleged to be in the country illegally. See: www.cnn.com/2006/LAW/04/20/immigration.raids/index.html .

The honorable and of course illustrious Secretary of Homeland Security is Michael Chertoff. He was a partner in the mega-law firm of Latham and Watkins. See :
 
Latham and Watkins has a unit that specializes in representing EMPLOYERS. www.lw.com/practice/practice_areaSpecific.asp?practice_id=43 . They do this not just in the USA but Internationally, including the EU where IFCO Systems is based.
 
APAX PARTNERS - cited above as owning 87% of IFCO Systems stock - is a client of Latham and Watkins. www.lw.com/attorney/attorneysearch_profile.asp?attno=01748  or GOOGLE > Apax Partners Latham Watkins for many other articles involving cooperation between both entities.
 
The Previous cited link also notes that Latham and Watkins also represents the Sinister Carlyle Group. (see previous link).
 
The Carlyle Group of course has as its Honorary CEO former President George H W Bush, the father of our current "leader" Dubya Bush, the failed law school applicant that now appoints who will be on our Supreme Court.
